1. IntroductionThese Legal Terms govern how we collect, process, and protect your personal data, and (b) the terms under which you participate in retreats and related services organized by us (“the Organizer”). By registering, paying for, or attending any of our events, or by using our websites and online platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
2. Privacy NoticeBy providing your personal data to the Organizer through any of our online resources, you consent to its collection, processing, and protection in accordance with this Notice and applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus legislation. We may process your name, contact details, and any other information you provide in order to deliver services, communicate with you, and, with your consent, send promotional materials.
Your data may be shared only with service partners where necessary to perform our obligations, or when required by law, and is safeguarded with reasonable technical and organizational measures. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Continued use of our resources constitutes acceptance of this Notice. This Notice forms part of the Public Offer for the Provision of Services, is governed by the laws of Cyprus, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
3. Public Offer for the Provision of ServicesBy registering and paying for any retreat or related service offered by the Organizer through its websites or online platforms, you (“the Client”) enter into a binding agreement under the terms of this Offer, which shall have the same legal effect as a signed contract. Services may include the organization of retreats, educational content, venue arrangements, meals, and online activities, as described on the relevant event page.
Contribution constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms, including the withdrawal and refund policy, participation rules, health requirements, and any supplementary terms provided before the event.
The Organizer may adjust dates, programs, or prices (excluding confirmed orders) and may refuse service in cases including non-compliance with participation rules. Clients must provide accurate and complete information, comply with all instructions, and ensure they have no medical contraindications to participation.
4. Contribution refund and Cancellation PolicyCancellations are subject to the following terms:
- 90+ days before the retreat start date — full refund, no penalty.
- 90–30 days before the retreat start date — 50% refund.
- 29 days or less before the retreat start date — no refund.
You may transfer your booking to another person of the
same gender provided they pass the Organizer’s interview process and meet all participation requirements. All cancellations and transfer requests must be made in writing. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.
5. Liability and Assumption of RiskParticipation is voluntary, and the Client assumes full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the event. The Organizer shall not be liable for non-attendance, unmet expectations, personal injury, illness, psychological discomfort, or any issues arising from circumstances beyond its control. Liability is limited to the proper delivery of services as described.
6. Intellectual PropertyAll intellectual property, including but not limited to training materials, images, recordings, and written content, remains the exclusive property of the Organizer and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Force MajeureIn the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control, both parties are released from liability for non-performance. The Organizer may offer rescheduling or refunds as deemed reasonable.
8. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. Continued use of the Organizer’s websites or participation in services after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
